Random Ramblings

We have had busy times amongst us.  But don't we all!! The boys were in a wedding back in May.  They were so cute.  They helped pull little Silver down the aisle in her wagon.

I happened to capture this rainbow on my panoramic setting on my I-Phone.  It was amazing.  A full rainbow just up the road from our place.  We have been blessed with abundant rainfall in June - over 8 inches.  July has started off with over an inch as well.  Thankful for the rain as it was needed due to our 3 year long drought.  It has helped so much in watering all of our trees, grass, etc.  I know the farmers and ranchers are happy as well. We actually have cattle on grass pasture this summer!
Bronc has finally taken an interest in riding and helping Tyler work.  He didn't really care to much until we got him a new horse that he feels confident on.  We bought "Dan" from our friend Cory.  He trained him from 2 year old and Dan is now 23.  He is perfect for Bronc and takes really good care of him.  I love watching Bronc evolve into a confident little cowboy, he has a good teacher and example to follow footsteps in as well!!

The boys enjoyed a little fishing time after a day of working.  Can you believe we have been wearing jackets in June.  It is crazy.  The rains have really helped with our temperatures.
My little toodletuck is sleepy.
Boots and Hat.  Tucker talks about this all the time.  It doesn't matter if it is rubber boots, cowboy boots, ball cap, cowboy hat - he must have something on at all times.  Tuck's vocabulary has really improved in the last few weeks.  Used to it was this foreign language that was his own creation.  But now we actually can understand his words and sentences.  He just decided on his own time when to start visiting with us in English.  LOL!!
Oh my, Bronc and Ivy.  They have been quite the pair for some time.  She is such a trooper.  She just takes it all in with a happy face and easy temperament.  Corgis are the best.  My favorite breed!!

Aunt Shel came to play one afternoon.  The boys always have a good time!!
Orphan Midnight.  We had a cow at the feedyard that had this baby and she didn't make any milk.  So Tyler graciously gave ME the project of raising him.  It really ties me down on going much of anywhere for periods of time. I am thankful for helping this little guy get going and giving him a chance.
Slip N Slide fun.  We enjoyed it for a few weeks and then Bullet Dog decided it would work better with holes chewed in it.  :(

We have enjoyed helping Tyler this summer.  We are blessed with cattle during our off season!!
