December Life

December made it here and is about to leave with a New Year ahead.  Time sure does go by quickly. This month was very busy for us.  Just as we left November we turned around and went on our annual trip to Las Vegas with the Vet Supply that we do business with.

Here is Tyler at the airport in Las Vegas seriously considering driving us around.  The bus driver laughed at him and told him he could do whatever he wanted to, after all we were in Las Vegas.  Thankfully he didn't chauffeur us around, he can't even drive in Denver traffic much less Las Vegas.
We kept it pretty low key this year.  Rested up, shopped, ate good food, drank good coffee and also went to the NFR one night.

We stayed at the Mandalay Bay this year.  We loved it.  Much better than MGM Grand in my opinion.
We had the opportunity to go to the very top of Mandalay Bay.  It was an amazing view.
Mandalay Bay has a Shark Aquarium in it, so we visited it and got the boys a couple of things there.  It was a really great aquarium.

These are Tiger fish.  They were our favorite fish that we got to see.
The jelly fish were even festive for the Holiday season!

Skye and her Christmas sweater.
We recently found out that we have a mold problem in our home.  We are going to have to leave our home and things for several months.  It is quite a bummer and I took it pretty rough because the process of ridding it of your home and things is a huge process.  Not to mention the expenses of remediation, remodeling and cleaning every single item in our home.  Anyhow, this picture is the morning after and we all were sad and upset.  So we decided to open a gift from Mimi.  Pre-Christmas gift I guess you could say.  We planned on leaving after Christmas, but we are snowed in right now.  Hopefully when they come blade our roads we can get out of here.  They said it may be a week before they can come even get to our roads.
Paw patroller Semi's!!!
We love our Brycie girl.
Elf on the Shelf arrived.

Beautiful sunrise. Makes me remember God's promises and helps me to not lose hope and faith.
Ready for Christmas.
I made these floral arrangements out of these old feeders we had in barn for Christmas gifts for my Mother and Sis-in-law.

My dead cholla cactus and bull skull all festive!!
Christmas and Blizzard post coming soon.
